Hello again everyone!

I am back at Spalding after a couple years on leave, and at the utterly perfect time. I am so honored and proud that my forthcoming Masters in Writing (I switched from the MFA to MA just because the program design fit my lifestyle a little better this way) will now be from the Sena Jeter Naslund- Karen Mann Graduate School of Writing!!! Thank you so much to Cindy Brady for her unbelievable donation of $1 million to our program and accompanying name change. What a joyous surprise and sheer testament to the loveliness of our program’s values and talent.

Residency was intense but productive, and now I have quite an Independent Study ahead of me. Time to write my butt off!
